All Cloud agencies will be updated with the November Feature Pack in the evening of Sunday, November 16th. All Non-Cloud agencies are to contact Customer Support (269.963.1040, option 1) to schedule the release. Learn more about what is included within the release below:
Creating Episodes: When an insurance group is designated as episodic or care, the final 485 will now create an episode for that insurance.
Support Files: The Plan of Care Support Files will no longer load random text.
UPIN Number: The UPIN number will no longer cause an error when billing and will no longer appear when batch billing or on the HIPAA bill form.
