Included within GLMI’s May Feature Release will be some very exciting enhancements! The Additional Notes have been refreshed and integrated directly into the patient’s record list. We have simplified the GLMI’s main menu, updated the System Log Files and created the NEW Support File Manager.

Additional Notes provides a centralized place where all notes can be quickly accessed,
reviewed, and acted upon following your agency’s process. Offering the same functionality, Additional Notes are added in many places throughout the GLMI system. The notes are used to add extra detail and narrative to create a more accurate picture of the patient. Additional note types include demographic, scheduling, clinical white, and PMI notes.

Support File Manager
All Support Files now conveniently live within the Support File Manager! Users will be able to easily search for desired support files, quickly add another or simply edit an existing file. Customizing your GLMI system through Support Files is now easier than ever!

System Log Files
Tickets included within the May Release:
Signing of Clinical Assessments: If a clinical assessment is not signed, the signature will then default to the operator that is creating the final 485.
Compressed Note Printing: The compressed print for all discipline notes will not print a page when left blank or previously saved information has been removed.
Range of Motion: Users are now able to enter negative values when addressing a patient’s range of motion.
Medication White Notes: White notes added on the medication page, were incorrectly displayed on all visit notes created on that day. White notes now properly show only on the note added.
File Transfers: All frequencies will now file transfer correctly.
Medications Teachings: In rare instances, medication teachings added in a visit note were not linked properly to that note and would disappear upon leaving the page.
Additional Therapy Group: The dollar amount on bills with additional therapy groups will now display correctly for outliers.
Corrected Q-Codes: Location Q-Codes will now correctly pull forward to all areas of the billing system.
Hospice Billing Update: To accommodate for new Hospice billing regulations, all hospice bills will now include Medications and Facility Codes.
HIPPS and HHRG Score Calculations: HIPPS and HHRG scores will now properly update as the various OASIS questions are addressed within the assessment.
MD Order Refreshing: The Physician order sent date, returned date and order number will now all refresh properly within the patient view.
Order Xpress: When utilizing Order Xpress, fields 23-28 will now appear on the patient’s 485, whether initiated through Client Orders within the Record List or through the CMS 485 processing window.
PPS Episode Maintenance Program: The client’s information within the PPS Episode Maintenance will now display the CBSA Code and the Labor Index Value. The MSA or County Codes are no longer displayed.
A/R Reconciliation Report: The A/R Reconciliation Report will now display properly when sorting by Insurance Group.
