The 2014 July Feature Pack has a lot to offer GLMI users – See below for the full ticket listing:
New Physician Preference: Users now have the ability to set a preference for printing a physician’s NPI number in field 24J on bill types 1500 or 1502.
Payer ID Preference: Within the Insurance Support File, users now have the ability of setting the payer id to flow to the e-file.
LUPA Amounts: The billing system has been updated to match PC Pricer calculations for LUPA add-on amounts.
Printing 835 Electronic Remittance: Printing capabilities have now been added to the Accounts Receivable Electronic Remittance Report.
Month End Close: If transaction is a Bill (BILL) and was added after the Close Date AND the Bill End Date is after Close Bill End Date then modifications are allowed.
New Medicare Advantage Requirement: A preference has been added to the billing program to include the HIPPS code, a claim key and CBSA codes for bills that have a bill type 0003 in the Insurance Support File.
Printing Provider Notes: Users are now able to print the complete list of Care Provider notes from within the Care Provider Support File.
Updating Care Providers: Dates entered into a Care Provider’s support file will now refresh correctly.
Order Listing Report: The Order Listing Report will now display more rapidly.
Compressed Clinical Assessment Report: The date of the last visit has been removed from the Compressed Clinical Assessment Report and will no longer display as a field of information.
HHG’s Revenue Cost Reporting: Home Health Gold’s Grouper/Revenue Costs Reports are now calculating episode payments correctly.
Best Buddy Data: Users now have the ability to review previous Best Buddy information based on start of care dates.
Flow Sheets: Flow sheets will now display more rapidly.
Physician License Expiration: The physician’s expiration date can now be saved within the Physician Support File.
New Laptop File Creation: Creating files for a new laptop will no longer cause large downloads for all of an agency’s file-transfer laptops.
HH-CAHPS: A correction has been made to the HH-CAHPS survey file for Pinnacle.
