The September Feature Pack will feature the NEW External Documents! Be sure to read more about the new feature and how it can help your agency below:
EXTERNAL DOCUMENTS: This new feature allows for users to attach a file (PDF or image), directly to a patient’s record. All documents are categorized into External Document Types to allow for quick and easy review and retrieval. We have provided a few types but others can be added through the External Document Types of your system’s Support File Manager. Functioning just like Additional Notes, users can review a patient’s documents directly from within the patient’s record list or review the documents of all patients from an agency-wide view. All documents are saved on the HIPAA secure GLMI Cloud and the External Document service includes 5 GBs of storage free of charge, each additional 5 GB will incur a charge of 25 dollars per month.
