The September Feature Pack was released to all Cloud customers on Sunday, September 20th. Be sure to review the release document below:
Hospice or Private Duty Patients: Users are no longer required to create a Final 485 to allow billing to process Hospice or Private Duty patients. Diagnosis codes will be pulled from the intake note for these patients.
Physician Recertification: The new Physician Recertification page will now appear as the last page of the Type 3/4 and Type 4 assessment.
OASIS Verification: The system will now produce a fatal error instead of a warning if Medicare is selected for OASIS question M0150 and M2200 is marked N/A. The system will now also produce a fatal error instead of a warning if ‘NA’ is selected for OASIS question M0110 when a Medicare is selected for M0150 or M0063 has a Medicare policy number.
Physical Therapy: In addition to the scoring, the risk factor charting has been added back to the bottom of the Braden Scale, Tinetti and Missouri Fall Risk assessment.
Printing Discharge Summaries: Users are now able to batch print discharge summaries.
Modifying Note Dates: Users with the proper security are now able to modify note dates as needed.
ICD-10 Reporting: All reports have been updated to accommodate for the implementation of ICD10.
Entering a Facility: Users are now able to enter a facility without error.
Demographic Print: The Demographic Report will now print without error when run in certain circumstances.
New York Medicaid: When billing a CHHA Episode for NY Medicaid, the system was modified to indicate if the episode was a LUPA and also to adjust the billing and the posting to A/R.
Medicare Hospice: The billing program was modified to not place an Occurrence Code 27 and a date if the bill is a subsequent claim. Occurrence Code 27 will now only be added if it is the initial bill of a SOC or ROC.
